Old recipe for pancakes: Thin and soft as a soul!

Young cooks are most afraid of failure, but with this recipe, even complete beginners will be safe

INGREDIENTS

3 haha
300 g of flour
500 ml of milk or water
2 tablespoons oil
on top of a teaspoon of salt

1. Pour the flour into a bowl, then add the eggs and mix well. Add milk or water . Then add two tablespoons of sugar, and mix well, so that the mixture is uniform and without lumps. The dough should not be too thick, if necessary add a little sour water.

2. Pour the dough into the pan with a ladle, in which you have previously heated a few drops of oil. Turn the pan slightly so that the mixture is evenly distributed to the edges. Be careful not to pour too much mixture to make your pancakes as thin as possible.

3. When the pancake starts to separate from the pan, it's time to turn it over . Bake it for another half a minute, then take it out on a plate.

4. You still have to fill them as you wish - whether they will be sweet or salty, decide for yourself. Whether with cream, jam, nuts or old goodies with sugar.
